Panel set-up to review demands of 108 emergency workers, says Minister

The state government has empaneled a team to study concerns raised by 108 emergency services workers demanding for government takeover. Informing this on Wednesday, Health Minister Wailadmiki Shylla said, “108 staff have their own sets of concerns, and the government also has its own limitation.” A delegation of the 108 emergency services workers met the minister to pursue their demands. According to the minister, both sides have constraints. “We have empaneled one team to do some kind of a study on how we can accommodate them, how we can look after their concerns,” the minister said.
