The Meghalaya High Court has dismissed a writ petition filed by an assistant professor from the Department of Computer Science at Women's College, Shillong, whose service was terminated in 2019. UNICEF India on Saturday announced Bollywood actress Kareena Kapoor Khan as its new National Ambassador. A loco pilot named Pankaj Kumar Singh, age 40, died after being hit by the Rajdhani Express at Gajandi station of Gaya-Koderma Valley railway section. The deceased was identified to be a resident of village Jankinagar, police station Naya Rampur, district Munger, reports jagran.com. The loco pilot was working at Gomo Railway Headquarters.
