Key discussions between Assam and Meghalaya in Guwahati
Himanta Biswa Sarma, the chief minister of Assam, held lengthy talks with Conrad Sangma, the chief minister of Meghalaya, during the Chief Ministers' Level Meeting in Guwahati on a number of crucial interstate problems. Assam and Meghalaya came to the realization during the conference that progress in both states is mutually inclusive and that cooperation is necessary to advance on the development road.
