RCM Consumer Products Private Limited is strengthening its focus on women’s participation and self-reliance through initiatives aimed at building leadership, confidence, health awareness and skills among its associate buyers and leaders. The company’s Special Women’s Academy 2026, held at RCM World, Bhilwara, on August 15-16, brought together women participants from across the country under the theme “Har Naari Samman Ki Adhikari”. The two-day programme combined empowerment activities with sports, cultural showcases and practical skill development.
The Independence Day celebrations opened with a march-past and flag hoisting, along with performances by school-going girls and cultural presentations. A felicitation ceremony recognised women achievers, while RCM Founder T.C. Chhabra and Managing Director Priyancka Agarwaal highlighted the company’s approach towards women’s empowerment. The second day featured an Inter-state Sports League, with national and state-level karate and grappling player and black belt Kiran Sharma and Rajasthan Kesari wrestling champion Ankita Vaishnav joining as chief guests.
The programme also covered protein-rich nutrition, organic vegetable cultivation through home kitchen gardening and makeup skills. Participants showcased cultural diversity through traditional dances and a cultural walk. Established in 2000, RCM has more than 10,000 outlets, 160+ depots and over 450 products, with women’s empowerment identified as one of its core objectives.
