Union DONER Minister, governors and chief ministers of all the Northeastern states will also discuss issues related to the development of the region.
East Khasi Hills SP Vivek Syiem told reporters that all security arrangements have been made for the
meeting in the city.
Additional forces will be deployed to ensure law and order during the meeting, he added.
