On 22.01.2022, an FIR was received that on 21.01.2026, at around 6:30 PM, two pedestrians were assaulted by assailants riding a Scooty near the CM Connect building, Golflinks, and their mobile phones were snatched.
Following the investigation, on 27.01.2026, IC Pasteur and team arrested Kitbok Kitbok Thabah @ Koi, aged 29 years, , R/o Golflinks, Khliehshnong, from Golflinks, and his co-accused, Daniel Syiemlieh, aged 23 years, R/o Nongmynsong Dongkamon, was arrested from his residence.
A case is registered vide Sadar PS C/no. 16(01)2026 U/S 115(2)/304(2)/3(5) BNS. The stolen mobile phones were recovered and seized, and the Scooty used during the commission of the offence (B/R No. ML05 AG0461) was also seized.
