At the 14th Rozgar Mela, which was held at the NEIGRHMS auditorium in Shillong, 124 candidates received their appointment letters, marking a major step toward increasing employment prospects in Meghalaya. The event was a significant milestone in the government's attempts to empower young people and was a part of a nationwide campaign that was staged concurrently in 45 sites.
