
Prestige Group, currently operating in 13 cities, is now eyeing expansion into new markets. “We are actively evaluating opportunities in Pune, Gurugram, and Noida—cities where we haven’t launched residential projects yet but see strong potential,” said Noaman. The company aims to target the ₹2–3 crore housing segment, which accounts for most genuine demand, while also pursuing high-end developments in premium locations.
For FY26, Prestige has over ₹43,500 crore worth of launches planned across 25 projects in cities like Bengaluru, Mumbai, NCR, Hyderabad, Chennai, and Goa. It began the fiscal year with a record ₹13,500 crore in launches, including The Prestige City Indirapuram (its debut in NCR) and Prestige Pallavaram Gardens in Chennai. The company also plans to add ₹30,000 crore worth of new developments, including key projects like Prestige Falcon City Luxe, Prestige Horizon Heights, and Mayflower at Prestige City.
Prestige closed FY25 with ₹1.70 lakh crore in sales and 5,919 homes sold, with Mumbai leading in contribution. In Q1 FY26, residential revenue led at ₹1,573 crore, while the group also pushed into hospitality. Its commercial and retail pipeline remains robust, with 13 malls under development and 24 million sq ft of office space underway.
