Hotel Polo Towers Shillong has launched Tring Tring, an all-day dining and cocktail bar designed to blend vintage aesthetics with modern luxury. Spanning over 3,200 square feet, the venue opens today, promising a unique culinary and cultural experience in the heart of Shillong.
Catering to diverse occasions, Tring Tring offers seating for 150 guests, featuring private booths, a lively bar, and a scenic verandah overlooking the hills. Inspired by the 90s, the décor includes vintage telephone booths and rotary phones, creating a nostalgic yet Instagram-worthy ambiance.
The menu reflects an innovative mix of local flavors and global classics, with signature cocktails such as Taste of Shillong, Butterfly Effect, and The Landline, paired with standout dishes like Crispy Goat Cheese Salad and Grilled Fish with Caper Butter Sauce.
