Sonu wrote a note for Rajpal on social media platforms X (previously known as Twitter) and Instagram hours before the court hearing, expressing his hope that he will receive the relief he is due. “Our brother Rajpal Yadav Bhai has a big day today. I’m hoping that everything works out and that he receives the relief he is due.” Sonu remarked, “He’s a wonderful soul and a rare talent.”
“We stand with him and will keep going till things are right,” he continued. “Let’s not let the momentum die.” Sonu was one of the first people in Bollywood to voice his support for Rajpal, giving him a movie and a small sum of money in exchange for his assistance.
